FYVE has officially completed Serenity, with purchasers now beginning to move into the boutique West Gosford development. The completion marks a significant milestone for the business, with more than 90% of the project's 34 residences secured prior to completion, reflecting strong demand for premium apartment living on the Central Coast.

Managing Director Amen Zoabi said Serenity represents far more than the completion of another development.
